 Enclad Advanced Tech Alloys is a specialist metal-cladding manufacturer based in Hyderabad, India, serving energy, petro-chemical, defence and marine projects worldwide.
Through explosive bonding, hot-roll cladding and precision overlay welding, we combine dissimilar metals—nickel, stainless, titanium, copper-nickel—to deliver lighter, stronger, and longer-lasting components.

1. Explosive-Bonded Clad Plates – Up to 3000 mm × 12000 mm, 0.8 mm minimum bond layer, 99.5 % integrity verified by ultrasonic testing.  
2. Hot-Roll Bonded Pipes & Tubes – ½" to 48" OD, seamless or welded, delivered fully heat-treated and hydro-tested.  
3. Clad Overlay Welding – Automation for elbows, reducers and complex geometries with Inconel 625, 825 or custom alloys.  
4. Large-Diameter Clad Vessels – Shop-fabricated or on-site roll-bonding for pressure vessels and columns.  
5. CNC Machining & QA – 5-axis machining, PMI, ferrite, hardness, and full documentation pack.
